Variable: Symptoms vary a lot with COVID: some have almost no symptoms & others have flu like symptoms (as you describe) for a few days up to perhaps 2-3 weeks. I’m sorry you have to deal with this! Rest, fluids, acetaminophen can help. Definitely call Dr ASAP if any shortness of breath develops or if you cannot keep fluids down

COVID 19: Agree with Dr. Bickels. It could resolve quickly but some people go on to develop complications in the second to third weeks. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent significant chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
