Doubtful problem: Seratonin syndrome is real, but your doc probably determined that these drugs would be safe for you at these doses. If you remain concerned, discuss it with him/her so that you will not add anxiety to the mix

Drug Interactions: Per Drugs.Com drug interaction checker, using fluoxetine with Adderall can increase effects of amphetamines with SE's like "jitteriness, nervousness, anxiety, restlessness, & racing thoughts." Although risk for serotonin syndrome could be increased it is rare. Frankly, it has even been seen at times with low dose single medication.
