Tested for what?: I would assume you got tested for COVID 19. The fact that is negative may mean it is truly negative however sometimes it could be false negative. I think NICD guidelines would be something like washing hands, wearing mask and observing social distancing. The NICD I would assume is the National Infection Control Department, however I am not sure since I am not from ZA.
