I know its a long shot, but how do we know when its a reactive gland or something mor sinister? have 2lumps under my left arm, and a 3rd 1 starting closer to my brest,they start out as peas,and then grow to small berry size. ,they are not painfull

We do not: The short answer is that we do not know until we further investigate. While there is a good chance that the process is benign, a more ominous cause cannot be ruled out. Starting workup with a physician you trust, ideally your GP would be highly recommended.
