Spotting on sanitary pad, when i wipe it is same amount as period bright red this amount happens once at ovulation 22 days be4 period but now 18 days be4. other times get stretchy discharge in same duration & second lot 3-4 days be4 period. normal?

Hard to say: It is difficult to say if this is a "normal pattern" or not without an physical/pelvic examination. There are other abnormal causes for inter menstrual spotting such as cervical or endometrial polyps. Get examined by a live GYN MD for a more detailed answer to your concern.
