Good day, i was exposed to someone that tested positive on the 27/07/20. from last week i have sore throat, body pain and headache. should i wait and monitor my condition or test? thanks

Assume you are positive and self isolate for 14 days to prevent spreading the disease. See a Dr for worsening difficulty breathing, Blue lips/nails, persistent chest pain, confusion/lethargy. Testing may be needed for you to go back to work after you recover.
