Dentist: Please see your dentist who can prepare an oral guard for you that you can wear at night to avoid some of the strain from grinding teeth or clenching your jaw. Ask the dentist if there is a device you could use during the day as well. Exercise each day for 30 minutes, drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless.
