Need to be examined: First of all, you have to make sure that it is in fact a yeast infection. It could also be an allergy to lubricants or sexual devices or whatever. There are also systemic causes of those same symptoms, such as a hormone deficiency. Let your gynecologist examine you and give you a definitive diagnosis. And even if it is a yeast infection, eating yogurt will not cure it.
