Morning the middle of my chest is burning, sometimes it stops sometimes it comes back. could this be covid 19 or an underlying disease? because i don't have fever, cough and other covid 19 symptoms

Chest burning : At your age, you can have COVID 19 without symptoms. Chest burning is often from gastric reflux, gastritis, and sometimes irritation of the bronchial tubes.

COVID concerns: I agree with Dr. Romano. This symptom could be from a number of causes. Have only one symptom makes having COVID less likely, but as previously stated- it is possible to have COVID 19 with no symptoms. Take care.
