LCL Injury : Lateral collateral ligament injury manifest by pain along the outer portion of the knee. A referred pain pattern to the back of the knee (popliteal region) would be unusual. It is not unusual to have more than one injury along with lcl injury. Another concurrent injury or condition should be evaluated for.
