PLC blowout: Poss post traumatic arthritis of the patellofemoral joint but more likely scarring of the superior patellar pouch and intra articular aspect of the knee. See your orthopedic surgeon. Sometimes arthroscopy with adhesinolysis and/or chondroplasty can be helpful if conservative measures fail.
