COVID 19: COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. Please contact your PCM.

Covid19: Isolate yourself from others but call your physician for instructions about testing and treatment. Your symptoms are concerning and you may require hospitalization for best treatment. If you're able to be treated at home isolate for 14 days and don't circulate until you've had no symptoms at all for at least 7 days. Practice distancing,wear mask when appropriate.
