I started on 25mg sertraline for 2 weeks then upped the dosage to 50mg. been 2 weeks but still tremors and blurry vision and dizziness. should i give more time or discontinue?

Severity of symptoms: What I would ask you is how tolerable your symptoms are. There is no guarantee that they will resolve. Dizziness has been reported in up to 12% of people. Abnormal vision and tremor in 1 to 10%. If your dizziness is to the extent that it may cause you to fall, then please let your dr. know right away. Inform provider of all symptoms.
