I saw a mouse running on the top of my stove & things i eat off of. what can i use to sanitize these items to make sure i don't catch a virus that mice can carry (hantavirus and so on...). i currently have clorox wipes, 70% alcohol, and dish soap.

See below: Hantavirus tends to be most common in the western, and south western states -not likely to be in NYC -even the cleanest house can have a mouse - I would make sure that there are no other mices/and or mice nests in your house - avoid keeping food out (and that includes pet foods -) or you could get a cat

Hantavirus: There are only 20 to 40 cases of Hantavirus reported in the US each year. There were only 3 cases reported in NewYork from 1993 to JAN 2017. I doubt that mouse has Hantavirus. You can clean with any of the products that you mentioned. Take care.
