Need eval: We can't diagnose you. But I encourage you to contact your PCM for eval & to get testing. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Under the current circumstances Covid-19 needs to be excluded. You should bet tested. Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Wish you good health!
