Pulse rate: It's an indirect measurement of how many heartbeats you have in one minute. the normal rate is between 60 and 100. It is considered low when it's bellow 60. Many factors influence and could result in this: Age,activity levels, medications, having a cardiovascular disease. If you have other signs or symptoms, such as fainting, dizziness or shortness of breath, you should onsult your doctor.
