No risk, no worry: Having washed after contact and not touching your face or mouth before washing, there is no risk of coronavirus infection -- even if your friend has it (which is unlikely if he isn't having cough or other symptoms). A single hand wash would have been fine; 3 times is excessive.

COVID 19: Unless your friend was COVID 19 positive, he would not be able to transmit virus. We now know that surface contact is just a minor mode of transmission. Respiratory droplets and possible airborne is the major mode of transmission. Anyways, it would be very unlikely that this handshake would have caused you to get infected with COVID 19.
