Yes: In moderation yes. You should avoid large quantities of these as they contain oxalates. You should focus on lots of fluids every day, fresh fruits and vegetables and low-moderate protein intake. Avoid high calcium/ Vit D intake or supplements, excessive consumption of calcium based antacids, and certain meds (topiramate). Maintain a healthy body weight and exercise daily.
