Libido: The sex drive (libido) is influenced by many things. Mood, fatigue, anxiety just to name a few psychological factors. If this is a persistant problem, he should have his testosterone (free and total) level checked.

Probably not: I would recommed your husband see his family doctor. Many medical problems, including low testosterone levels, can lead to a low sex drive.
