Monitory symptoms: This may be a simple common upper respiratory infection. If severe sore throat & swelling may need to rule out Strep throat. Are you asking due to COVID concerns? If yes, monitor for symptoms like fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
