Loss of smell: Migraine headaches usually cause an increased sense of smell. Zinc deficiency can alter smell so you might consider taking oral zinc. You should also be screened for COVID-19.

Get COVID 19 test: You need to be tested for COVID 19. These symptoms could be from a variety of causes but I would want to rule out COVID 19. If you are infected, you would not want to be infecting others. Would quarantine at this time.
