I have flu like symptoms, slight runny nose, and a bit sinusy. i don't have a headache or sore throat and my temp is normal. my sense of taste and smell is silightly off but i can still smell and taste, certain foods just smell weird. slight nausea.

Stop all cold...: These sign could be suggestive of Covid-19 but it is best to get tested for it. Meanwhile stop All Cold/Iced Foods & Drinks and use only Warm water/Hot tea/Coffee/ Hot Soup... Take usual fever medication if needed and add extra Vitamin C. Use Asthma/OTC inhaler like Primatene Mist if difficulty breathing or much Coughing begins. Seeing the Doctor asap is important if one is available
