COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.

Covid19: Since you don't have classic symptoms of sore throat, fever and persistent cough with or without breathing difficulties, it's not possible to diagnose covid19. However if you're in a high risk area or have been exposed to someone or people who could have or had the infection, get tested, but I don't think you have to isolate yourself at this time unless testing is positive or more symptoms develop
