Dietician: Visit a registered dietician at your local hospital. You will be told your ideal weight, your recommended daily calorie intake, a critique of your eating habits and given a sample diet. You'll have to eliminate 500 calories a day for 1 week in order to lose 1 pound of body fat. Prescriptions have to be obtained from a physician.
