Symptoms of COVID 19 infection may include (but aren’t limited to) dry cough, shortness of breath, nasal congestion, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills without or without shaking & muscle aches. COVID 19 can present with no sx's or only one.

Fever: Fever and sweating could be signs of COVID-19, so you should be tested. There are many other medical problems that can cause these symptoms, so even if your test is negative, you should seek medical attention if your symptoms persist.
