Multiple causes: These symptoms could be caused by any number of problems. An exam by your gyn should be able to sort out answer. Questions you should know are when was your last pap and was it normal, possible sti exposure and method of contraception, any prior history of fibroids or polyps. Your gyn will want to examine you and possibly do cultures. An ultrasound or endometrial biopsy may be done.
