Hi, i am not sure if i should go for the covid test. i am very congested and have lost my taste and smell. i do not have a temperature. should i go for the test.

Probably not: It depends upon the availability of the test and the utilization of the results. In all likelihood you have a cold not COVID-19 given your symptoms. However, if the test is readily available and it would be useful for epidemiological study then it is valuable not necessarily for you but for the greater good.
