Unlikely: Normal men's sperm often have as many as 10% abnormal to start with & the radiation may/not change that number. The abnormal or unhealthy sperm are not the best swimmers. In this way the system selects out the best quality sperm of the millions involved to reach & combine with the egg. Any pregnancy has a baseline risk of an unexpected outcome, but I doubt this will play any part in the process.
