Hyperlordosis: Lordosis usually refers to increased curvature of the lumbar spine. If your posture is poor then it may accentuate lumbar lordosis. Most people have no symptoms from hyperlordosis. However, if it is increasing then you should see an orthopedic surgeon.

Core strengthenIng: Barring a rigid congenital aquired deformtiy hyperlordosis is backward bending due to muscle imbalance strong back weak stomach stretch back strengthen front correct some. Generous backward arches are compensatory to balance forward bending in a dfferent part of the spine.
