Spine anomaly: Hyperlordosis is a mechanical defect of the spine. The presence of kidney stones should not impact the quality of pain that you experience from your spine. Pain associated with symptomatic kidney stones is excruciating and debilitating; usually sharp and associated with visceral symptoms such as nausea and vomiting.

Stone pain: You will have less pain after stones are eliminated, yes; but get help with muscle spasms and be sure stones are analyzed and your urine is analyzed to determine why you form stones.
