Yes, generally: So long as you're a good candidate (which will be determined from your per-surgical testing & exam) you will likely have excellent results including correction of most cases of astigmatism. The results will probably last into you 40's when some degree of presbyopia (trouble with near focusing) will start. Discuss the specifics of your situation with your ophthalmologist.
