In 2018 i got diagnosed with chronic constipation and chronic inflammation of the git. i was then put on pentasa and entocord . however, suddenly all my symptoms are back after 2 years am i having a flare up? and should i start the medication again?

No: Do not start those medications without the assessment by your gastroenterologist. You most likely have a relapse of inflammatory bowel disease but it has to be documented as to presence and extent, and proper dosing and follow-up planning is imperative.
