Last few months my legs are slowly expanding like a water in ballon and from last few weeks i observed my legs was swollen(no rash or any color, just grows like an elephant leg). may be rheumatoid arthritis. any otc or home medicine for this?

Doubt: I doubt the trouble you are describing has any OTC solution. Edema like elephant legs should be explored. Leg edema is controlled by oncotic pressure and hydrostatic pressure. Heart failure and processes that either block flow or increase fluid increase hydrostatic pressure. Oncotic pressure is the pressure provided by proteins in blood stream . When proteins get low more fluid escapes.
