No, med first: Benzoyl peroxide is most effective when it has the opportunity to enter pores deeply and kill bacteria/dry oil. Moisturizer fills these pores and enters the skin to cause a hydrating and protective effect. Apply the Benzoyl Peroxide first, rub in and allow to dry, then apply your moisturizer. Make sure your moisturizer says non comedogenic. Makeup should be the last thing you apply.
