Depends on med: It depends on the medication. Each medication has a specific rate at which is is absorbed into the blood stream and then filtered out of the blood stream. Some are fast (such as acetaminophen 4-6 hrs) and some are slow (amiodarone 58 days). Talk to your Dr about the two specific meds and how they interact. 5 hours is a very short time and so yes it would be considered coadministration.
