Actually can be good: Caffeine use in moderation actually has good health benefits such as lowering risk of diabetes among others. Caffeine is also used for treatment of headaches, often in combo with other meds. Coffee (most common source of caffeine) is actually a good thing, but the condiments such as sugar/cream/flavoring are not. So, modest black coffee consumption may boost your health. Stay healhthy.
