Headache: How long has this been going on? May be sinusitis, abscess,ear infection TMJ , reflux, infection with allergies and asthma(bronchitis) , COVID rarely Lyme disease, whooping cough, or brain lesion mass, aneurysm ( less likely to have cold symptoms) F/U w/ MD/ ER today
