Pregnant - almost 29 weeks. saw my gyno last week had blood in urine he said i should keep an eye on it. got stomach cramps and period like pains since earlier today. vaginal discharge - yellow and bad smell. urine also smell strong and bad.

Call your OB/Gyn Dr.: Blood in urine along with strong odor could be a UTI. Any infection in a pregnant patient is cause for concern because infections can cause early labor. You should see your OB/Gyn Dr ASAP and let them know of your symptoms. they will probably want to treat you for the UTI and investigate the stomach cramps and pains as well as the vaginal discharge.
