On my endoscopy report under antrum mild prepyloric erythmia is said. what does that mean?

Stomach parts: Erythema means redness. The antrum is at the lower part of the stomach. The pyloris is the opening from the stomach into the small intestine. Prepyloric means right before the pyloric. Google the words antrum and pyloric and look at a diagram for a better idea.
