Hemorrhoids?: If you have frequent constipation, you may have hemorrhoids. Other causes are possible, though. Please see a doctor and get an exam. Avoid constipation with plenty of water, and a high fiber diet. Also avoid ibuprofen, naprosyn or aspirin as these can worsen bleeding problems. Take acetaminophen for pain or fever, but only as directed on the bottle.
