Small risk: If the blood didn't come in contact with any part of your body that had open areas exposing your own blood to the blood on the toilet paper, the risk for transmission of a disease is remote especially if the blood was very dried out. If you have ongoing concerns, discuss this with your physician or a public health worker for guidance.
