Indoor pollutants: Your exposure to indoor pollutants such as dust and mold may increase. A HEPA portable unit may be purchased online. The unit helps to keep the air clean. Avoid smoke, dust, mold, animal dander and keep the windows of your home closed to avoid pollen exposure.

COVID concerns: Not sure what is meant by "bad air". Although this does not mean you will become infected with COVID 19, he may be generally unhealthy. How often do you change the filters for your AC/Heat/Ventilation? Agree with earlier recommendation about HEPA filters.
