I'm a 43 year old man who suffers from high blood pressure. this evening i felt very nauseas and woozy. after a bit of rest, i woke up feeling the same. should i be concerned? i'm also feeling flashes of cold and warmth. please help if you can.

Woozy, nausea: I assume you checked your bp and it was in good control. Vertigo and nausea, especially if it's provoked or worsened by head motions is generally an inner ear disorder. These symptoms can also occur from blockages in arteries supplying the back of the brain or the cerebellum. If you can't pinpoint the symptoms to an inner ear cause, I recommend proceeding to the hospital emergency room for evaluat
