Infection: It appears that you are female. If feces is wiped into the vaginal area it may cause infection.

UTI: Because of a short urethra, in this scenario there is some risk of an infection of the urinary bladder. As preventive measures, drink lots of fluids. Drink cranberry juice. Observe for symptoms of burning on urination, urinary frequency and voiding frequently in small amounts. Should symptoms of a UTI develop, call your MD for instructions.
