Uncertain: Did this just occur? I am not sure what the risk of pregnancy is with a displaced IUD but Plan B can be used within 72 hours of sexual intercourse. It looks like your question is cut off - so I am not sure what you full situation is. A home pregnancy test will give you an accurate response (usually done around time of missed period).
