Don't worry.: If it is just a little spotting, this may be related to a little trauma from the vaginal us you had. If it does not stop or worsens or if you are having pain, call your ob.

Pregnant/bleeding: It is not uncommon to have a little spotting after an internal ultrasound. You do not say what the ultrasound today showed but if everything looked ok, it is unlikely that the ultrasound would have caused a problem, if the bleeding persists more than 24 hours or becomes quite heavy, i would have your doctor evaluate you again.
