Visit the Dr or E.R.: A person who has suicidal ideations (thoughts or plans), gestures, or attempts needs evaluation and treatment right away. The recommended way to get treatment is to visit an emergency room, by ambulance or by having a companion drive. In the US, the emergency phone number for an ambulance is 911. One can also find suicide prevention hotline numbers online, for her local area.

Deeper issues: I agree with Dr Kwok that you need Dr evaluation & maybe counseling, as that rather extreme reaction to relatively small triggers usually indicates a deeper problem that needs to be addressed, but if it is addressed correctly you will be fine. This is very important for your own health & also for your children’s health.

Difficult times: It sound like you are going through a very tough time. It is impacting your ability to cope and to mother. Please get help. If actively suicidal you need emergency help. Please consider evaluation by a psychiatrist or a psychologist to determine what is going on. Once this is better understood, a treatment plan can be developed. Don't lose hope. This can improve. You can feel better again.
