Twice over the last few weeks, as i rush to go to the bathroom and sit i noticed my pulse in my eyes. i'm terrified cause i read it could be avm in my brain.i did have a regular mri a few years ago with no dye, would it have caught it if i did have it?

Could be normal: AVMs (arteriovenous malformations) can be scary, & many of them are completely asymptomatic until they bleed. A MRI without contrast could miss a smaller one. Your symptoms could be normal though, after rushing to the bathroom, which can elevate pulse & blood pressure: definitely could cause that pulsation behind the eyes. If no headache/vision change it is likely no serious but also ask your Dr
