Over the past 1-2 weeks i have noticed a more visible and prominent pulsing in my abdomen area(standing and laying). no pain in stomach just pulsing in sync with heartbeat. i am 150lbs 60 32yo. anything to be concerned about?

Prominent pulsing : Sound like the aorta which is a pulsing large artery and the main blood vessel. This is not likely a problem and likely normal in a 32-year-old, if you are older than 60, have high blood pressure, or ever smoked tobacco, I would want to evaluate this right away to be sure that the aorta is not enlarged. You should see a doctor be sure.
