pulsating in my left upper abdomen. not in the rythm of the heartbeat and happens quite frequently. it has nothing to do with the timing of my meals.!

There are a number: of different potential sources for the sensation you are experiencing including GI, vascular, musculoskeletal and nervous. At your age this is unlikely to represent anything potentially dangerous but if it is bothering you a lot you should see a health care provider and get checked out.
